These terms govern the SPACE_PANDA Daily Brief SMS program operated by Indie Island LLC.

Program description

The program sends requested operational notifications, verified Daily Panda Brief mobile-view links, delivery notices, and closely related workflow alerts to an authorized recipient. It is not a marketing or promotional program.

Consent and eligibility

Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. By directly requesting or confirming enrollment, the recipient expressly agrees to receive recurring automated text messages from SPACE_PANDA at the mobile number provided. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies and is generally up to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by their wireless carrier.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to cancel messages at any time. After a STOP request, one confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for help or email spacepanda@spacepanda.love.

Privacy

Mobile information is handled under the SPACE_PANDA Daily Brief SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Delivery and carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and regulatory approval.
