This SMS Privacy Policy applies only to the SPACE_PANDA Daily Brief SMS program operated by Indie Island LLC. It supplements the general SPACE_PANDA store privacy policy.

Information we collect

For this program, we may collect the recipient's mobile telephone number, consent record, message delivery and interaction records, and opt-out or support requests.

How we use mobile information

We use mobile information only to send requested SPACE_PANDA Daily Brief operational notifications, verified mobile-view links, delivery notices, and closely related workflow alerts.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may use service providers solely to operate the messaging program, deliver messages, maintain security, or comply with law; those providers may use the information only for those purposes.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies and is generally up to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
